Eduardo Camavinga will replace Tchouameni in the starting lineup while the latter is injured, although it might not be easy for him to recover that role when he’s back. Tchouameni has not performed at a high level so far this season and he received the Santiago Bernabeu whistles during last night’s discouraging loss against Milan.
For the time being, it looks like coach Carlo Ancelotti will have to build his midfield around Eduardo Camavinga and Fede Valverde. Will this double pivot be able to help the team bounce back from their last few losses?
